How it works

When you choose a PDF, Satr finds the transaction rows by their date patterns, groups the text into columns and joins descriptions that wrap onto a second line. You then confirm each column as Date, Description, Debit, Credit, Amount, Balance, Text or Ignore, and you can rename the headers.

A right-to-left toggle covers Arabic and Persian statements. Amounts are written as real numbers in the XLSX.

  • Runs in the browser; the PDF stays on your device
  • After the page has loaded, the conversion works offline
  • XLSX and CSV with a UTF-8 BOM, plus a semicolon option
  • No account, no email, no card

Preview first, pay only if it is right

The preview is free. The whole file is processed on your device and the first 15 transaction rows are shown in full, with the total row and page count. Those 15 rows can be downloaded free.

If the result is right, the full export is 3 USDT for a single file or 12 USDT for a 30-day pass. Some converters list about $20–29/month (checked Oct 2026); Satr has no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Limits

Satr works with text PDFs. Scanned paper statements and photos are not supported, and there is no OCR. Always check the output against the original statement.
