About Bank Negara Indonesia statements
Customers of Bank Negara Indonesia in Indonesia typically get their bank statement (rekening koran) as a PDF, and that PDF is what Satr reads.
Bank Negara Indonesia is described as a state-owned bank in the public list we checked. The source lists 1946 as its founding year.
Getting the PDF out of Bank Negara Indonesia
Open the bank statement (rekening koran) area of Bank Negara Indonesia online banking or its app, select the account and the date range, then save or export the result as PDF. Where exactly this sits depends on the bank's current design, so follow the labels on your own screen.
Text PDFs, scans and password-protected files
PDF statements generated by a bank system contain selectable text. Those are the files Satr is built for.
Scanned pages and photos saved as PDF are images. Satr does not do OCR, so it will tell you there is no text.
Password-protected PDFs open after you type the password in your browser. Neither the password nor the file goes to a server.
How Indonesia amounts and dates are handled
Statements in Indonesia usually show amounts in IDR (Rp) with a comma (,) as the decimal mark and a dot (.) as the thousands separator. A typical date format is DD/MM/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY.
Whole-number amounts with dots as thousands separators, such as 1.234.567, are common; check that the preview shows them as whole numbers. Because the decimal mark is a comma, the preview shows whether Satr chose the right number format, and you can switch it.
In our checks Satr read these patterns correctly; the mapper still lets you switch the number format if a file differs.
Using the Excel file in Accurate, Jurnal, and Zahir
If you use Accurate, Jurnal, and Zahir, open the exported XLSX or CSV and match its columns in the program's import screen. There is no connection between Satr and these tools.
