Working with your Bank of America PDF

Statements in United States usually show amounts in USD ($) with a dot (.) as the decimal mark and a comma (,) as the thousands separator. Dates commonly look like MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD.
Some statements put the month first (MM/DD/YYYY); check the date order in the preview when the day is 12 or lower. Some statements print dates without a year (for example 04/01); those rows may need the year added in Excel.
Satr recognised these number and date patterns in our own checks, and you can still change the number format and column roles before exporting.
Importing into accounting software
If you use QuickBooks and Xero, open the exported XLSX or CSV and match its columns in the program's import screen. There is no connection between Satr and these tools.
