Working with your Agribank PDF
If you bank with Agribank in Vietnam, the PDF bank statement (sao kê) is the file you start from; Satr turns its transaction table into a spreadsheet.
Agribank is described as a state-owned bank in the public list we checked. The bank is headquartered in Hanoi. Its website domain is evn.com.vn. It is also known locally as Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn Việt Nam, which is the name you may see on a PDF header.
Where to find the PDF at Agribank
Sign in to Agribank online banking or the app and look for the bank statement (sao kê), e-statement or account activity section. Pick the account and the period, and choose PDF as the format. Menu names differ by bank and change over time, so use the PDF option your own screen offers.
PDF types Satr can read
When the bank generates the PDF itself, the text inside is real text, not a picture. Satr reads that text layer and rebuilds the rows from it.
Scanned pages and photos saved as PDF are images. Satr does not do OCR, so it will tell you there is no text.

Formats used in Vietnam statements
Amounts in Vietnam statements are typically shown in VND (₫), using a comma (,) for decimals and a dot (.) to separate thousands. A typical date format is DD/MM/YYYY.
Whole-number amounts with dots as thousands separators, such as 1.234.567, are common; check that the preview shows them as whole numbers. Because the decimal mark is a comma, the preview shows whether Satr chose the right number format, and you can switch it.
We checked sample values in these formats against the shipped parser and they were read correctly; you stay in control, because the number format can be changed in the preview.
Importing into accounting software
If you use MISA, FAST, and Bravo, open the exported XLSX or CSV and match its columns in the program's import screen. There is no connection between Satr and these tools.
Honest status for Agribank
