Statements in Kenya usually show amounts in KES (KSh) with a dot (.) as the decimal mark and a comma (,) as the thousands separator. A typical date format is DD/MM/YYYY or DD-Mon-YYYY.
Dates with month names, such as 01-Apr-2025, are recognised in English; month names in other languages may need a manual check.
Satr recognised these number and date patterns in our own checks, and you can still change the number format and column roles before exporting.
Importing into accounting software
If you use QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books, open the exported XLSX or CSV and match its columns in the program's import screen. There is no connection between Satr and these tools.
