Number, date and currency formats in Philippines

Statements in Philippines usually show amounts in PHP (₱) with a dot (.) as the decimal mark and a comma (,) as the thousands separator. A typical date format is MM/DD/YYYY or DD-Mon-YYYY.

Some statements put the month first (MM/DD/YYYY); check the date order in the preview when the day is 12 or lower. Dates with month names, such as 01-Apr-2025, are recognised in English; month names in other languages may need a manual check.

We checked sample values in these formats against the shipped parser and they were read correctly; you stay in control, because the number format can be changed in the preview.

If you use QuickBooks and Xero, open the exported XLSX or CSV and match its columns in the program's import screen. There is no connection between Satr and these tools.
